SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga Summer Concert Series is returning to Congress Park for the 2023 season. The concerts take place Sundays in July and Tuesdays in August. SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Schenectady Habitat for Humanity finished up its Women's Build Week on Friday. The group partnered with Rivers Casino and Resort to paint two homes on First Street. She said she's certainly got her hands full. "We have not only these two homes, but we have four other homes that we are working on this upcoming year," said Fernandez. "Got a number of projects going, but it's wonderful." Habitat for Humanity building 2 houses in Philmont Dozens of employees from Rivers Casino and Resort rolled up their sleeves to paint the two homes. "It's part of the national habitat organization, so affiliates all across the country are doing their women's build at the same time we are," explained Fernandez. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two individuals were arrested following an investigation at a public parking area commonly used by anglers to access the Champlain Canal in Washington County. The investigation was launched when ECO Thibodeau observed the two individuals acting suspiciously in a vehicle. Police arrested the two on outstanding warrants. A search of the vehicle yielded drugs and drug paraphernalia. ST. LOUIS - For at least the second time this week, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office has refused charges for someone arrested in a criminal investigation. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department tells FOX 2 that officers arrested a 32-year-old man in a 2021 murder case on Thursday. Moving past controversy, Anheuser-Busch plans to recover losses Investigators had tried for first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges against the man arrested. However, SLMPD says the circuit attorney's office did not issue charges and cited a “lack of evidence” in the case. This investigation dates back to Oct. 25, 2021. Police responded to an apartment building in the 4900 block of Rosalie Street. When they arrived, they found a 49-year-old man, Kelly Terrell Collier, dead at the scene. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Missing Alert for a 71-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday.Sydney IsenbergFreddy Alarid, 71, was last seen around 8 p.m. Tuesday walking in the 130 block of West 84th Avenue in Thornton.Alarid is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 195 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
